7:00 pm – Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the items that were discussed:

·  Steve said on May 10th the water system will be serviced.

7:30 pm – Meeting was called to order

Introduction of Officers:  Mike Cumberland- President, Chris Smith- Treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Secretary, Roger Carfangia- Pistol(absent), Mike Ripley- Black Powder, Tom Horstman- Trap.

Treasurer’s Report: Chris read the report.

Bills and Communications:  Central Electric co-op gave us a $158.08 credit.      

Pop: Steve turned in $7.

Rental Committee Report:  May 20th SRU police (all day).

Pistol Team:  Rodger reported that the outdoor practices have begun.  The first week in June will be the start of their summer league.  The pistol team gathers on Thursdays at 5 pm to shoot 22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team:  Jim reported practice nights on Tuesdays will begin on May 24th and will continue every other Tuesday.

Black Powder:  Nothing to report this month.   

Meat Shoot:  Mike took in $140, had expenses of $100, kept $12, and turned in $28.  The meat shoots are held on the 2nd Sunday of every month.  They start at 11 am and are open to members and the public. 

Junior Rifle Team:  Mike Ripley is no longer running the Junior Rifle team.  Anyone that is interested in taking over please contact Mike or a board of directors.    

Archery: 

Fun Indoor Shoot:  The fun shoots have come to an end and will continue in the upcoming fall.   

Membership:   Brian collected a total of $125, maintenance fund $10, general fund $115, and key cards $20.  New members for the year 2022 are 42.  The current membership is 455 senior life/charter members, 620 total club members.

Old Business:  Steve reported that they did the 1st lead clean-out from the indoor pistol range.  They reclaimed about 400 pounds of lead from the backstop.  He reported that the backstop is working well.           

New Business:  Steve said that the cleaning closet will be revamped a little to make it more organized.  Mike Ripley volunteered to form a new sidewalk leading up to the double doors leading into the small banquet room.  He will be looking for additional help with this project.   

Good of the Association:   John Hiser has renewed the CMP certificate for the club.
